Clash of Clans

Clash of Clans is an app store game for your phone, iPod, etc. The game is free to get. This game came out on September 30, 2013 on Android in Canada and Finland. It came outeverywhere else on October 7, 2013. This had been on the top 5 list for a long period of time. Clash of Clans and Hayday had reported of getting about $2.4 million per day for the company, Supercell, for the first half of 2013.

The goal of the game is to make a fort, castle, or kingdom and to go destroy other ones in the campaign or the ones online against other players. To do this, you need to build up an army of troops ranging from warriors to giants or from wizards to dragons or balloons. You need elixir and gold, to make them and to make your kingdom by adding new buildings, upgrading buildings, building walls, upgrading walls, making defence mechanisms and upgrading those too.

And of course, as in the title, you can join other people through making a clan together, managing it with ranks, and trading troops to help each other out with battling and defending. You can make up your clan name as well.

When I first played this game, I thought it was just a rip off of a game I found at , until I played through a bit of this and realized its way different. I joined my friend, Philip (which is his profiles name) and his clan, Shop ‘N’ Save (Don’t ask why it was that name). I enjoyed playing this game, but I got bored too easily of it after a while of playing it for a couple of weeks. I kept having troubles with random raids on my fort because people were able to spawn troops inside my walls. In this game, the ranking is in levels such as silver 1 or gold 3. Your rank would be decided on how many trophies you had, which you would earn through raiding others and lose through losing to people attacking you and succeeding. I got stuck and kept winning battle and losing defences. I decided to give up the game since I couldn’t get anywhere.

In my opinion, I would overall rate this game a 3.5 out of 5. It was fun while it lasted, but getting stuck isn’t fun at all. If you have any games you would like us to review in the future, or if you have anything to say about this at all, please leave a comment below. Have a great day!
